Pre - Challenge Task ONE

Hello!

I probably should have posted something about today's pre-challenge task this morning, for those of you that want to follow along and do it with me. I kind of feel like I've cheated, getting a little head start lol. From now on, I will post the next days task, and a link to it at the end of the Blog.

Today's task was in no way a hard one, (thank goodness, after the night I had last night, thanks kiddles ... NOT) so it will be easy to catch up. Aaaaaaaany way..... let me tell you what it is.

Pre - Challenge task 1

Kat from the Organised Housewife  has provided a heap of free 'printables', such as
  • To Do Lists
  • Routine Ideas
  • Checklists, and of course
  • The Daily Challenge.
Our Task today was to make a folder to put all these in. Simples! Some things you will need for this are:
  • a folder (obviously)
  • a packet of 5 dividers (I bought 10 just in case I think of other tabs, and also thought that I could maybe separate the daily tasks into 4 weeks, as having a huge wad of tasks in my folder is a little overwhelming)
  • Printer & Paper (I bought extra ink as I knew it would run out half way through printing, and
  • It's not on Kat's list, but I also got some plastic sleeves to put my printables in (I think Kat just punched holes in hers) however, when you put it all together, the plastic pockets overlap the dividers :/ *face plam*
I got all these from Kmart.

Label your dividers Tasks, Checklists, Routines, Notes and Other and print off the front cover.

That's it!! DONE!

As this was a challenge that Kat set last year, all the printables are available to download immediately, and can print now. This way you can prepare yourselves for whatever it is you have in store, and if you need to get any supplies.

I now have all my printables, printed and am ready to tomorrow.

Tomorrow's Pre-Task is to create a cleaning kit for our marathon cleaning sessions! I need new window cleaning wipes!!!! You can find Pre Challenge Task 2 'here' and Kat even shares her recipe for home made surface spray!

Please subscribe to stay up to date via email, (I do not see your email address, its all done through feedburner, so your information is safe). Also please share on your Facebook and/or Twitter (there is a link to do so at the top of the screen) PLEASE AND THANK YOU <3

I have also set up a Facebook page, The Developing Housewife. Please come and 'like' it, so we can all share our stories, photos, tips and tricks with each other. I would really appreciate the support :)

That's it from me. Talk to you tomorrow!
